There are some phones that would never come in dual sim no matter what you do or think. An example of such smartphones is the Apple iPhones. Such phone capabilities are left to devices that come from Asia like Samsung, LG etc. However, some group of people called the Digrit team have been able to make an iPhone 5 function with dual SIM capabilities.  iPhone is a great piece of smartphone but for someone with a need for 2 SIMs it can be very expensive to having to buy two iPhone smartphones. Therefore, the invention came to mind. The whole operation hinges on a beautifully well built iPhone case with the capability to accept up to 3 SIM cards. The case allows the iPhone to sit in comfortably while a part of the case is plugged into the original iPhone 5 SIM slot. Angry Birds had been a success story from day 1 and it has continue to evolve with newer names and game format. However, Angry Birds Go is a totally different story altogether from the previous ones. Twitter have released a new update of their app for both iOS and Android devices. The new update comes with series of enhancements and features. Among the features is the ability to share photos in direct messages. Also, photos can be sent and received via direct messages. Twitter is going through a lot of changes these days to keep increasing user satisfaction of the service on mobile devices. The update can be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Nokia is secretly building an Android phone that would be released January 2014 as gotten from sources. The phone is codenamed Normandy and it would be a low-end Android budget phone. The team involved are apparently in "full steam ahead" to  get the device out as early as possible. The phone is expected to tackle the competition its Asha line of phones are having with other low-end budget Android phones according to some sources. Samsung devices are always selling in numbers but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has broken records. Samsung Note 3 which was released 2 months ago has sold about 10 million pieces in just its 2 months of release even surpassing that of Galaxy Note 2 which couldn't sell 10 million in 3 months. This huge sales could be attributed to the serious advertising campaigned made coupled with the release of Samsung Galaxy gear smart watch as a complementary gadget to the Note 3. One more thing is that Samsung made the Note 3 a serious power house, giving it 3GB RAM, Android Jelly Bean 4.3, 32GB internal memory with an expandable memory. 1st of December, Airtel announced to its subscribers that her BIS packages working on non BB phones would be blocked and disabled on the 2nd of December. Well, it does seem that Airtel have started blocking the BIS for non BB phones today. This is being carried out in phases. Airtel started disabling the ability for one to browse on non BB phones using BIS subscription at 6:20am today as reported by a number of people. Already, some users can't connect to the internet anymore. However, some can still connect to the internet using the BIS package. This only suggest that in matters of time, everyone using such package on a non BB phone will be unable to access the internet except the SIM is put in a BlackBerry device. If you have been thinking of a way to install drivers that do not have the executable file, well you are not alone in this.  Not so many people are knowledgeable about things like that. With executable file (.exe) the installation proceeds when you click without the need to go to Control Panel but with a non-executable file, you would need to go to the device itself and execute the installation. OEMs across Africa have made a collaborative with BlackBerry to make sure that BBM is pre-installed on their devices. This would mean that once a new device from these OEMs are turned on, it will come already pre-installed with BBM. Popular OEMs that have joined the deal are TECNO, Be, Micromax, Snexian, TiPhone, Brightstar, Celkon, EVERCOSS, IMO, Mito, Spice and Zen. Its possible other OEMs like Infinix, iTel etc partake in this collaborative efforts in the near future. Apple recently released iOS 7.1 beta 1 to developers. As you may know, beta versions of iOS are for developers only which means that its not available to everyone yet. Also, these beta versions may have glitches and issues. That being said, if you are a developer or not a developer and wish to install this new iOS 7.1 to your iDevice, you carry the risk of not getting some apps to work. The rumor that BlackBerry was about to put Google Play Store on their new BlackBerry 10.2.1 OS was huge and it obviously got to BlackBerry which eventually prompt them to give a respond to the guys at N4BB when asked concerning the issue. BlackBerry had of no doubt being working seriously hard to get the attention of the press and fans and their efforts are actually being rewarded with good response. BlackBerry 10.2.1 OS is a great and very fluid OS and amongst its features comes new features that allow you to download and run Android apps officially as shown in the BlackBerry Z10 above running Google Play Store app. Also, we noticed a new drop-down menu just like Android. A new feature of 10.2.1 is that it allows one to either swipe down to receive an incoming call or swipe up to reject the call. All we can see from this new 10.2.1 OS is Android ICS. It seems as though BlackBerry is going to gradually transform the BB10 OS to another form of Android operating system or what can you deduce from the pictures? Blackberry fired Thirsten Heins few days ago and was replaced by John Chen as interim CEO pending the time a permanent person takes the affairs of CEO for BlackBerry. However, the salary given to John Chen looks like BlackBerry already concluded that Chen would be the possible person to remain as CEO. Thorsten Heins left BlackBerry with an estimated worth of $22 million but John Chen would get more than that if he was to leave according to the salary structure listed below. Salary: $1 million Bonuses: $2 million Stock value for 5 years: $85 million Restricted shares available over time: $13 million. Tecno have yet again released a new smartphone phone known as the Tecno D7. Its the latest iteration of the "D" devices. As always, Tecno devices are not to be jettisoned anymore as they have become sophisticated especially seeing the number of great devices for all pocket types they have come up with in recent times. Tecno D7 didn't fall short of that expectations as it delivers as a medium-end smartphone. I like the fact that its light, very close to Tecno M7 in look and software-wise and accessibility options are installed for those that are visually impaired.  However, I believe, the price being to close to that of Tecno M7 may be a constraint as  to which one is more purchased.
