Talk of Apple releasing another iOS 8 update is been circulating for sometime and it has finally materialized today.  The iOS 8.1.3 update was released and most peo. e that haven't jailbroken their device can immediately download the update from the software update menu in Settings/General/Software Update.  The update comes with bug fixes and security enhancements according to the information displayed if additional information regarding the update is requested.   To install the OTA update, click on install now, scroll down to agree to the Terms and Conditions presented by Apple. The update size is 136MB for iPhone 4S, it could be more for other Apple devices like the iPad or even the iPhone 6. However, the update shouldn't take more than 10mins. Rumors of Apple intending to release a 12.9inch iPad is already going through the internet within the past few hours.   The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) first release the notion that Apple will release a 13" iPad in one of their articles in 2013.  By 2014, this news have become more plausible as Bloomberg recently revealed that Apple have started putting things together to make the 12.9 inch device ready for release in 2015. If Apple do indeed release a 12.9inch iPad in 2015, then it will be in direct competition to the likes of Samsung Pro 12inch tab and Microsoft Surface tablets.  The stakes are high in the mobile and computing industry and if the market for larger display tablets is large enough, Apple will definitely join in the market; something we've seen Apple do during Tim Cook reign with the release of iPad mini and the soon to be released Apple phablet - the iPhone 6. Assassin's Creed: Pirates is now available on the Apple App Store for download. This should be great news for gamers, especially those familiar with the title.  Assassin's Creed Pirates is a highly anticipated title and as mentioned by Ubisoft, the title Assassin's Creed: Pirates is exclusive to only Tablets and Phones and won't be available on consoles. Recently Apple filed a suit against Samsung stating that Samsung 10.1 inch tablet was an infringement and copy of the iPad's design.  Therefore Apple requested that the device be banned. Yesterday in a Dutch appeal court Samsung was handed a victory verdict nullifying Apple's claims that Samsung copied and infringed on patents regarding the iPad's design.
