BlackBerry is set to release its newest version of the BB 10 operating system version 10.2.1. BlackBerry had of no doubt being working seriously hard to get the attention of the press and fans and their efforts are actually being rewarded with good response. BlackBerry 10.2.1 OS is a great and very fluid OS and amongst its features comes new features that allow you to download and run Android apps officially as shown in the BlackBerry Z10 above running Google Play Store app. Also, we noticed a new drop-down menu just like Android. A new feature of 10.2.1 is that it allows one to either swipe down to receive an incoming call or swipe up to reject the call. All we can see from this new 10.2.1 OS is Android ICS. The popular cross platform Instant social messaging app Whatsapp for BlackBerry 10 just got an update. Various updates have been rolled out by Whatsapp over these past few months. This could be due to the announcement by BlackBerry to make BlackBerry Messenger a cross platform app to run on Android and iOS.  Of course, if BBM goes cross platform, Whatsapp usage will diminish significantly .  In other to stay useful and not lack any feature that the BlackBerry might have, Whatsapp have decided to release various recent updates that would give users better experience and more stability.
