Runstatic Six Pack and Fitness App For Android and iOS

If you are worried about your belly becoming pot-like or you are the type that like to be fit and stay fit but have not been able to find a gym class and an instructor, then look no further 'cause there is an app that will be your instructor while the comfort of your house becomes the gym class.

Runstatic is an application that has all kinds of workout that you can perform with different instructors telling you what to do to achieve your fitness goals. You can either choose a male or female instructor.

To date, my favourite of the Runstatic apps is the Six Pack app. If you are worried about your pot belly then this Six pack app is what you need.

The Runtastic Six Pack app works with a total of more than 50 HD-quality exercise videos right out the box and has trainers in male and female so you can see what you need to see however you need to see it. This app can be used with headphones if you’re not the visual type, with full audio support from your iPhone or Android smartphone. It also works with display mirroring – if you’ve got a device that does such a thing – for watching these videos on the big screen.

Also, the app can sync with other Runstastic apps and you can also share your progress with friends and fellow users. The best part? You can review, analyze your performance based on what you have done and achieved.

Built-in workouts include The 7-Minute Workout, Six Pack Junkie, and Shape Up for starters. Sit-ups, planks, leg raises, and mountain climbers just scratch the surface of what you’ll be able to follow along with and do with this unique app, ready to roll with the rest of the Runtastic apps available on the iTunes app store and Google Play app store right this minute.
This adds to the ever-growing line of Runtastic apps and physical accessories, the likes of which expand into and past both the Apple iOS and Google Android universes for the greater good of your health and well-being.
Trust me, being fit is a wonderful thing.

How To Unbrick Tecno F7 Smartphone

About a week ago, a friend rooted his Tecno Phantom A smartphone. He was so excited about the endless possibilities to customize his device so he kept installing a lot of applications that caught his attention unaware of the dangers some apps can create on rooted smartphones. Finally, he installed an application called Font Changer Lite and that was when it all happened. After installing this app, his phone attempted to reboot and instead of booting normally, the phone froze at the Tecno logo. It wasn’t going passed that state. He couldn’t boot into his phone. Practically, his phone was bricked and had to look for a way to unbrick and use his phone again. If you are presently in the same limbo state as described, please follow the instructions below step by step to fix your device. I recommend reading through first before actually starting the process. Kudos to Seunpayne of Nairaland for uploading his files for download and also giving instructions on the usage....
