Infinix Alpha X570 Versus Tecno Phantom AIII

So numerous the options people have when thinking of buying a smartphone. From Smartphones to phablets and even tablets, the list of available models of these devices is becoming endless.

Here we hope to do a smart review of two devices, Infinix Alpha aka X570 which is the latest phablet infinix has to offer. Its a very well built phone with very high quality.

Tecno Phantom AIII which is also the latest phablet for TECNO Mobile has the quality and features that a phablet has to offer. The quality and build is also superb.

The two devices are very good that it can become very difficult to make choice as which one to buy. This is why this comparison becomes necessary.

In our usual fashion, the comparison will be in a table format with colour codes and then a footnote to comment on some areas. I call this The Smart Comparison Format. It’s direct and concise.

The green colour indicate strength while the yellow indicates weakness in the respective specification.

How To Root Tecno Phantom A (Tecno F7)

There are no limit to the possibilities one can achieve on a rooted Android device compared to one that isn't rooted. As you know, Rooting is to Androin as Jailbreak is to iOS. For those that don't know what rooting means, a little definition will suffice. Rooting basically means that you install a set of programs on your phone that gives you total control over your device. Total control means that you have the right to install any applications or even delete core applications that you don't want.  Simply put, you have administrative rights over your device, giving  you super user access, and of course, you can use DroidVPN to have free unlimited internet. The guide below shows how you can root Tecno Phantom A also known as Tecno F7 and its super easy to achieve. Don't forget to like us on Facebook. Requirements 1. Computer with internet connection 2. How To Unbrick Tecno F7 Smartphone

About a week ago, a friend rooted his Tecno Phantom A smartphone. He was so excited about the endless possibilities to customize his device so he kept installing a lot of applications that caught his attention unaware of the dangers some apps can create on rooted smartphones. Finally, he installed an application called Font Changer Lite and that was when it all happened. After installing this app, his phone attempted to reboot and instead of booting normally, the phone froze at the Tecno logo. It wasn’t going passed that state. He couldn’t boot into his phone. Practically, his phone was bricked and had to look for a way to unbrick and use his phone again. If you are presently in the same limbo state as described, please follow the instructions below step by step to fix your device. I recommend reading through first before actually starting the process. Kudos to Seunpayne of Nairaland for uploading his files for download and also giving instructions on the usage....

Update: Effective 3rd of December 2013, Airtel BIS plans will stop working on non BlackBerry phones.  You are advised not to subscribe such plans in your non BlackBerry phone(s)  ------------------------------------------------------------------- It has being observed that as smartphones get better, offering outstanding screen resolution, better camera power and faster modems so also is the data consumed by these smartphones also rising. It may also be due to the what one can achieve with the smartphone when connected to the internet. For example, visiting Facebook and uploading an image that is huge in size, record videos and upload to YouTube, make purchases online, communicate constantly with emails.   The need for more data on our smartphones is surging dramatically but it seem as though Nigerian telecoms network don't want their consumers to have an affordable plan that will cater for their Internet data needs except for BlackBerry devices which enjoy such r...
