How To Jailbreak Your Apple Device on iOS 8 Quickly

The Pangu team have today released a new version of the Pangu Untethered Jailbreak tool. Today's release brings the Pangu tool to v1.2 and only still available for Windows PC, although you can still jailbreak if you are on a Mac computer.

To jailbreak your Apple device untethered, please follow the following instructions

Warning
1. Jailbreaking your Apple device would cause you to lose your warranty on the device in case anything happens in the process, although a jailbreak is totally reversible. Furthermore, we are not responsible if you have any problem with your device during the jailbreak process, however, we are always here to help if you encounter any problem.

2. We advise you backup your phone via iTunes before you begin the process. After backing up, close iTunes completely.

3. DO NOT delete "com.apple.mobile.softwareupdated.plist" or disable the service. It will cause your devices unable to reboot.

Needed Item

  • Pangu Jailbreak Tool for iOS 8.0 - 8.1.x which you can download here
  • Make sure that your device was upgraded to the current firmware through iTunes and NOT through OTA update.
  • You can download firmware here
  • Windows Computer 
  • Supported Apple device: iPod Touch, iPhone 4S/5/5C/5S/6/6+, iPad mini 2/3, iPad/ iPad Air/
  • Device must be running iOS 8 - 8.1.x
Procedures
1. Go to settings and disable Passcode on your device

2. Next, go to Settings/General and set Auto-Lock to Never

3. Now go to Settings/iCloud and switch off Find My iPhone

4. Finally put your device in Airplane mode

5. Launch the Pangu Tool you downloaded, connect your device and let it be detected


6. Once your device is detected, click on "Start Jailbreak" button and click on the Already did button


7. Once you click on Already did, the jailbreak process will begin. Do not interrupt it or disconnect your device from computer.


8. Storage Almost Full will show up on your device. Dont panic and Don't touch your device because device will reboot and you will see the Pangu App on your device home screen.

9. Click on the Pangu app on your device home screen to see any information about the app. Also, the Cydia app will be installed just beside the Pangu app on your home screen. Click on the Cydia app.

10. Upon clicking on Cydia app, it will prepare Filesystem and then respring your device when done. You can launch Cydia again to access the Cydia store.

If you did all these, your device should be jailbroken untethered and you should be able to use your device like before without any problems.
