Infinix Zero 3 Specifications and Features

Tales of Infinix releasing a new Infinix Zero aka X552 is already in the news but with no concrete specifications until now. The new Zero 3 will succeed the Hero 2 as the new high end flagship device for 2016.

Design and Form Factor
Infinix Zero 3 has the same form factor as the Infinix Zero 2, retaining the same rectangular, sharp edge form. The bezel is very thing just like the predecessors and the overall device maintains the same sleekness of the zero 2 however, this Zero 3 has a stainless steel frame and diamond texture. The back of the device is expected to have an explosion-proof glass.

Screen and Resolution
Infinix Zero 3 will be a 5.5 inch display with full HD screen with a pixel density of 400 PPI; we are talking of resolution of at least 1800 x 1280 to give that stunning and crisp screen clarity with vivid colors. The screen will also have a corning gorilla glass 3 for crash resistance and high light transmittance allowing uses to experience greater clarity for immersive gaming and videos.

Camera
One of the highlight of the Infinix Zero 3 is the camera. This time, Infinix have decided to bump up the back camera of their flagship device to be 20.7 mega pixel. The camera is a SONY IMX230 camera with CMOS sensor with enhanced light sensitivity paired with a dual LED flash. In fact the device can record videos in 4K resolution, and outstanding camera indeed. At the front is a 5 mega pixel camera. Overall, the camera comes with a ton load image tuning features.

Operating System and Processor
As you may have guessed, the Infinix Zero 3 will likely come with Android 5.1 lollipop operating system with the option to upgrade to Marshmallows.

The processor of choice is the MediaTek MTK Helio X10 chipset which processing speed of 2.20 GHz. The chipset has an octa-core processor and a true 64 bit architecture. According to benchmark scores which was at 45000+ the processor has the capability to perform extremely well but with minimal power usage.

Memory and RAM
If there is one thing we know that will make people happy, is the fact the RAM of the Infinix Zero 3 is 3GB and the internal memory is 16GB. The RAM will allow for true multitasking especially with the aid of a 64bit  octa-core processor. Images, Videos and Gaming will be a breeze.

Battery
Currently we do not have any info on the battery capacity but we have heard rumors that it will be in the 2800+ mAh and with excellent battery managing software including the fast charging technology we saw in the Infinix Note series.

As we said in one of our posts, the 3 is a designation for low-end devices and the newly released L3 and M3 is proof of that. For a device of the price, feel and usage is smooth enough. Make sure you check the speaker of your M3 since some have reported that its not too clear. Below is the specifications of the M3 low-end smartphone.
