ReplyDeleteThe Build Quality of the Alpha , Touch & feel is far superior to the F8 ........while almost bought F8 .....changed my mind the moment I saw and used the Alpha ......its an awesome phone ..........French Design & French Brand anyday is worth it.

ReplyDeleteI'm very confused right now my brother.
ReplyDeleteI really like the infinix alpha but i'm concern about its non removable battery.
the camera should be better than techno A2 because of the BSI sensor functionality of the infinix alpha.
There is no much difference in their battery capacity. Infinix Alpha has 2600 Amh battery capacity and not 2300Amh.
@Gan Ven, I totally concur with you. Though I haven't really used the Tecno A2, but having used the Alpha, its a superior device.
ReplyDelete@Segun, According to their specs profile, 2360mAh, it may be a mistake but i will investigate and correct it in the article
Yes it does. 3.75G is a standard these days its hardly mentioned. Downloaded 1.27GB file within 45mins
DeleteDoes infinix really support 3.75G because there has been no mention of that anywhere except here.
ReplyDeletePls Akin, Does infinix Alpha have space for memory card & I heard that it heat up easily
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't have microSD slot and it doesn't heat up at all. Anyone that says that either has a defective device or misinformed.
DeleteI don't think the alpha haz much diff with the phantom . The necessary things were staged in d table above. The cam of phantom can b compared evn with the galaxy s4 which iz far better wen compared with d alpha .

ReplyDeleteOh, das a minus.
ReplyDeletePls Akin, What effect does gorrilla glass ve on the phone? Bcos I saw pics of some burnt android phones, even the 1 dat burnt de whole room & dey said is as a result of gorilla glass, how true can dis be?
How much is power Bank since the Bactery is sealed
Gorilla screen is a scratch resistant glass used on modern smartphones. Unlike traditional glass used as screen diplays on earlier smartphones which scratches easily, corning gorilla glass is resistant to scratches. Its impossible for gorilla glass to be the cause of a phone exploding or burning a whole room. That is misinformation I believe.
ReplyDeleteInfinix alpha doesn't come with a power bank however, the embedded battery as shown in the image above performs well. Its able to last for days depending on the task its used for

ReplyDeleteare telling us beyound reasonable doubt to go 4 d infinix
ReplyDeleteNo. I didn't make any buying suggestion. That is totally a choice to be made personally given the table above
Delete@akin :Apart from blak, I hvnt seen any other colour yet. Pls r there other colours ?
DeleteI think tecno A2 still beat infinix Alpha bcos where infinix beat tecno are;
ReplyDelete1. Infinix has internal memory of 16gb against 4gb of tecno but it has memory slot which infinix does have & with the memory slot, ppl using tecno can upgrade above 16gb of infinix
2. Infinix has Coning gorrila glass 2 which I learnt is used to protect the scratching of the glass which screen protector can help in tecno
3. Infinix Bluetooth 4.0 against tecno bluetooth 3.0 which doesn't hold water
Tecno beats infinix in important areas which U can notice in the table.
You are right bill. I don't know why Infinix didn't make the Alpha a 13mp too and give it an expanable storage. But for me, the gorilla screen was great, i usually don't like screen protectors on my phones.
DeleteYeah, I like the gorilla glass too but I want a workable, repairable phone, a phone I can change the bac3 if the 1 in it, is behaving funny.
ReplyDeleteEven though the Alpha 16Gb is good enough but I want a phone I can remove the Mcard & run it on a system or in another phone to extract my dociments if the former phone is faulty thereby not loosing all out my files bcos of my faulty phone.
My BB had faulty with the in-built memory & demand format it, I was able to recover some of files bcos I ve a removable Mcard. Even with flashing of phones, it gives me alternative.
Alpha memory is like putting all my eggs in 1 basket.
You are right Bill. That there is a problem. I would just advise those that have such devices to backup regularly using Dropbox, Titanium backup and Windershare mobilego for Android.
DeleteWhich one can I use to backup my files in BB so I can be able to transfer my files especially my contacts to android phone
ReplyDeleteContacts Backup is good. It creates a backup of your contacts and then email it.
DeleteOne a new phone, just download the attached contacts and it would be on your phone book.
Another one is to use Contacts to CSV. That one will create a CSV format of your contacts.
Since apps and stuffs can only work for bb only use BlackBerry desktop manager to backup apps or use BBSAK to backup which you can then transfer to another BB phone. aslo BB protect backup memo, contacts, sms etc bbut not apps.
Thx Akin.........U been so helpful. I ve BB desktop manager which I have backup with but can I transfer my contacts from that manager to android phone?
ReplyDeleteWhat you would use is Contacts to CSV or Contacts Backup. They are both free from BlackBerry WOrld. There is now way to extract your contacts from BB Desktop Manager to Android.
DeleteIs there way to extract your contacts from BB Desktop Manager to Android or Is there not?
ReplyDeleteCan Tecno A2 make skype call(that's video calls)?
Any android from vsn 4.0 and above can do skype video call now
ReplyDeleteU can also bckup ur Infinix mobile files using Google Drive.it has 15gb space free.Infinix alpha is d best, n looks premium.
ReplyDeleteInfinix alpha has micro sD slot.so there is mis-information at d table above.note that all.
ReplyDelete@okeke, is a lie becaus I have seen the apha we are discussing about here except U are talking about a new alpha I heard it has a memory slot but U can't use it to compare with tecno latest, phamton A3.
ReplyDeleteProtect Your Blackberry By Using Blackberry Screen Protectors
